Aramid fiber packing ring is made of aramid fiber packing through die pressing. Braided by ASL 312 kevlar rope packing and ASL 340 PTFE gland packing.
Therefore, compared with other types of packing, it is resistant to granular crystallization media and higher temperature can be used alone or in combination with other packing. It is a good substitute for asbestos in pump systems.
Features:
Good chemical resistance, high rebound, low cold flow. It has excellent high rotational speed, high modulus properties (known as artificial wire) it is three times as strong as wire and five times lighter than wire.
Have excellent self-lubrication, high antifriction, small friction coefficient, excellent rebound good acid-proof alkaline, high compression performance, etc.
