Wafer Oven
Our automatic wafer baking oven is available with 32 up to 100 baking plates and is designed for a capacity of up to 50 wafer sheets per minute. We have two version of the baking plate dimension, the standard baking plate width is 500mm, the jumbo baking plate width is 650mm. Baking plates for the production of flat wafers are manufactured with different kinds of engravings.

* Equipped with special designed baking ledges for drying the bubble waste
* Siemens S7-1500 PLC and 12” Siemens comfort panel with user friendly HMI system and automatic production reporting system, control cabinet equipped with air conditioning unit
* Pilz safety system
* Dungs gas heating system, high energy efficiency and accurate temperature controlling
* Two section of heating of the oven, front heating and rear heating, can be controlled individually(for high capacity line)
* Rotary lobe batter pump with batter optimization system to minimize the bubble waste
* Greaseable baking plate bearings, the running wheels and locking rollers are German made
* Baking speed: up to 50 sheet/min
* Minimum 99% production efficiency
* Maximum 5% bubble waste
* Wafer sheet thickness adjustable
