Feeding part | 1. The machine used roller-type lead edge feeder with adsorption system, feeding fast and high accurately. 2. Fan motor is frequency type, air volume can be adjusted arbitrarily. 3. Phase adjustment by computer control, planetary gear type in 360 degree, fast and accurate. 4. The front baffle is adjusted by hand synchronously, the side baffle is adjusted by computer, and the rear gearbox is adjusted by electric driving. 5. Grooving glue surface of the paper guiding roll, preventing damages to strength of cardboard and increasing the accuracy of paper feeding. |
Die-cutting part
| 1. Die cutting rolls are made of high quality steel, wall thickness 30m,dynamic balance correcting, hard chromium plating. 2. The wallboard is made of high quality cast iron material HT200, wall thickness 50mm. 3. Gears after high frequency heating and surface finishing. 4. Soft rollers adopts automatic grinding mechanism, which can be repaired for 3-4 times , improving the reusing rate of rubber sleeve. 5. The soft roller adopts mechanical cam type, moves transversely +40mm, keeps wear and tear of the rubber evenly and prolongs the service life of the rubber sleeve. 6. Automatic compensation of line speed,to ensure that each batch of carton size is exactly the same. 7. Adopt “Maxdura” brand anvil cover, install conveniently, more than 12 million times die-cutting. (CUE, and DEPAIR brand for option). 8. The gears are made of 40Cr material, six grade grinding , lower noise and longer service life. 9. Spray lubrication system is adopted in this machine, works simple and efficient. 10. The die cutting rollers adopts automatic cylinder separation device,to reduce wear of rubber pad. |
