Introduction
This rain test equipment is a non-standard equipment. The artificial simulated rain test box is used for the external lighting and signal devices and the protection of automotive lamp housings. It is an indispensable testing equipment in aerospace, automobile and motorcycle, electrical and electronics, home appliances, scientific research and other fields.
Working Principle
1.Water spray working principle:
The water pump draws water from the water tank in the test box. The water tank → pump → ball valve → filter → pressure regulating valve → flow meter → swing tube (water pressure gauge) in the box → nozzle → test sample → water tank
2.Swing tube transmission works:
Transmission motor → reducer → turntable → connecting rod → rack → gear → connecting shaft → swing tube. The angle of the swing tube can be adjusted by the turntable on the reducer.

This product meets GB 2423.38-90 《Basic Environmental Test Regulations for Electrical and Electronic Products Test R: Water Test Method 》GB / T10485-2007, strictly according to the protection of IPX3 ,IPX4 ,grades of GB / T4942.2-93, GB 4208 —93, GB 4706, GB 7000 and other corresponding national standards and other relevant standards of technical parameters design and manufacture. Can carry out water test specified by corresponding standards.
