Product Overview
Combined feeding station is a new type of unloading and unpacking equipment developed by our company in the traditional process of powder. Its biggest characteristic is that it is suitable for unpacking and feeding of conventional jumbo bag and small bag. It means not only dishcaring 10-50 kgs small bags of powders and particles, but also discharging 300-2000 kgs jumbo bag . The equipment is used in chemical, plastic, rubber, food, beverage, medicine and other fields, to discharegeg large bags or small bags at the same time.
Working process
1. Manually move the bag to the equipment feeding port of the small bag feeding machine, cut the bag with a knife, and then pour the material into the equipment; during the feeding process, the dust removal equipment has been working to absorb the dust produced during the feeding process; after the feeding process is finished, the empty bag is removed.
2. Lift the jumbo bag to the top of bulk bag discharging machine with electric hoist or forklift, then slowly move to the feeding port of the equipment, manually put the discharging port of silo he lower part of the jumbo bag into the clamping device of the equipment, then open it and close the silo door and start discharging.
3. The small bag feeding machine and the jumbo bag discharging machine is are mutually exclusive (interlocking), that is, when unloading the material in the jumbo bag, the valve of the small bag feeding is closed to avoid the material splashing out or the environment pollution through the small bag feeding port.
