Easy operation high efficiency palm fruit bunch stripper/thresher machine

The brief introduction of palm fruit bunch threshing machine:

Palm fruit bunch threshing machine is part of complete palm oil processing plant. The function of palm fruit threshing machine is to separate palm fruit from FFB. According to the processing capacity, the palm fruit bunch threshing machine can be divided into two types: 500kg/h simple structure palm fruit threshing machine and 1tph, 2tph, 10tph, 15tph drum type palm fruit threshing machine. During large scale palm oil mill, we use drum type palm fruit thresher to process palm fruit bunches.

After palm fruit threshing process, the separated palm fruit is sent to the pressing station, empty palm fruit bunches are discharged from the other side of the thresher, and then the EFB is transported to the yard or to the palm plantation as fertilizer or slipcover.

Input raw material: FFB.

Output : Palm fruit and empty fruit bunches (EFB)

1.The Palm oil milling plant /palm oil processing plant 

Raw material : FFB (fresh palm fruit bunch ) ,Output :CPO(red palm oil) 

The main process : 
FFB(fresh palm fruit bunches)---Reception--- Sterilizing ---Threshing ---Crushing---Pressing---Oil clarification ---CPO(crude palm oil)

The main machine in the production line :

1.Sterilizatuib station : The purpose of sterilizer is used to break the enzymes in fruit ,and avoid the increasing of the FFA content in palm oil . at the same time ,The high temprature makes the fruit soften ,it is easy for fruti threshing

2. Thresher station : The purpose of sterilizer is to separate the palm fruit from the FFB . we mainly adopts drum trype thresher . there is a rotarty drum inside of the threshing mahcine ,the separated palm fruit is sent to the pressing station . empty palm fruit bunches are discharged from the other side of the thresher .

3.Digesting &pressing station : Digesting is for crushing palm fruit ,Use high temperature to soften the fruit ,and crush pam fruit , It help to press oil out easily . Presing machine is used to press crude palm oil from processed palm fruit 

4.Oil clarification station : It is used to filter  impurities in the crude palm oil . The purified palm oil can be directly sold or deeply refined .

2.Palm oil refinery plant : 

Raw material : Crude palm oil (Red palm oil ) .

Output :RBD palm oil 

According to chemical batch oil refinery plant or physical continuous oil refinery plant method ,To refine crude palm oil (red palm oil ) ,removing theharmful impurities and needless substance in the crude palm oil .such as gum, FFA , pigment , odor ,aims at improving oil storage stability ,flavor ,and color ,Then gwt standard qualtiy RBD palm oil .

The main process :

Crude palm oil --degumming--deacidification/neutralization--decolorization--deodorization--RBD palm oil 

1. Degumming :This is the most important section of hydrate de-gumming, manage the adding water (there is a little P-acid in the water) amount, temperature and add water speed.

2.Deacidification: this part adopt alkali refining method, that is use alkalis like (NaOH) to neutral the free fatty acid in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock , then separated from the oil by setting several hours.

3.Decolorization :In normal situation , there is pigment in the crude oil , we need to using the active clay to absorb the pigment away , after 20 mins , we use the vibrating filter to filter the waste clay away . If you want to get light color oil , you need to add more active clay . That is mean , the customer can accord to his requirement to control the oil color. This process is carried out under the vacuum condition.

4.Deodorization and Dehydration:Usually, there are some odors in the crude oil , it affects the quality of the edible oil . About our refining process , we usually use the direct steam to take odors away in the vacuum condition . General speaking there is about 0.5% water in the alkali refined oil, in the deodorization parts, the temperature is very high , it also can finish the dehydration section.

3.Palm oil fractionation plant :

Raw material : RBD palm oil ,

output : Palm olein and stearin 

Oil is consist of triacylglycerol with different melting point.under a temperature,separate the olein and stearin by their different melting point and melting percentage.this is oil fractionation
