① New technology
Using microelectronic technology, a new generation of high-speed single chip microcomputer is embedded in the driving unit to improve the control performance and simplify the circuit; It adopts the control principle of AC servo, has the operation characteristics of AC servo, and the output is driven by three-phase sinusoidal current; The low-voltage DC power supply in the driving unit applies switching power supply technology to make the power circuit small, stable and reliable.
② Microstep
Using vector subdivision technology, the minimum rotation angle of stepping motor can be controlled to be 1 / 20 (0.03 °) of motor step angle. Micro step control can make the stepper motor run smoothly at low speed, and its operation effect is close to that of AC servo. Micro step drive unit and μ M (0.001mm) level CNC controller, which can realize μ M-class minimum movement is used to process workpieces such as arc surface, cone surface and thread, which can significantly improve the fine effect of workpiece surface.
③ High torque
The output torque of stepper motor is directly proportional to the injection current. During high-speed operation, the injection current is directly proportional to the voltage used by the power amplifier stage of driving unit. At present, most stepper motor driving unit power amplifier stages. Due to technical limitations, the voltage used is less than DC 150V, while the voltage of power amplifier stage of dy3f stepper motor driving unit reaches DC 310V. Therefore, there is still high torque output when driving stepper motor at high speed.
④ High reliability
The control part has high integration and power amplifier level. The new intelligent IPM module of Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan is adopted. The whole machine has compact structure, simple circuit, few connectors, and the design of external air cooling and heat dissipation can reduce the intrusion of dust into the machine. It is equipped with over temperature, over voltage, under voltage, protection and alarm signal output.
