Q1: Can we get a sample before place order? How about the sample fee and sample time?
A1: Yes. Please contact our sales for more detail. Sampling time is about 2-7 days.
Q2: Can we use the peel & stick product in bathroom?
A2: It can be use for the dry area of the bathroom, can not be used in the wet area.
Q3: What should be taken care when install the peel & stick product? Can we use them outdoor?
A3: Assure a dry, flat & clean wall. For more details, please contact our sales. Please use the peel & stick product indoor and
not close to wet area.
Q4: Are you able to assist the shipment to our country?
A4: Yes. We’re able to help and check the shipment with our cooperated forwarders.
Q5: Can we visit your factory?
A5: Yes, your visit is highly welcomed. Please let us know your schedule, then we can arrange our meeting in advance.
Q6: What’s your MOQ? Can we start with a smaller order?
A6: Our MOQ normally is 1 Pallet/item, pls contact us for packing details for the models you like.
Q7: Will the goods be packing well before transportation? What if the goods are broken during transportation?
A7: The goods will be protected well and packed in standard export carton, lay in wood pallet and belt hard. Broken during
transportation rarely happen, if it happen, our after-sales service team will sort out the reasons and make sure you’ll be
properly compensated.
Q8: What’s the benefit for long term importers and distributors?
A8: For regular customers, we offer updated newest market information, discount, sample free shipping, free customized sample,
custom package and QC as per customer requirements.
