QUICKING LSH TEST KIT
Quicking Leishmaniaantibody (LSH Ab) Test is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The testing window has an invisible T(test) zone and C(control) zone. When sample is applied into the sample hole on the device, the liquid will laterally flow on the surface of the test strip. If there is enoughLSH Abin the sample, a visible T band will appear. The C band should always appear after a sample is applied, indicating a valid result. By this means, the devicecan accurately indicate the presence of LSH Ab in the sample..

* TEST PROCEDURE
1. Take out the cassette from the foil pouch and horizontally place it on a dry surface.
2. Vertically drip 1 drop of sample into the sample hole.
3. Vertically drip 3 drops of assay buffer into the sample hole, one drop one second.
4. If the migration has not appeared after 1 minute, add one more drop of the liquid into sample hole.
