Leather knife pleating line works by 3 types of gears, 3 types of blades and two pieces of heating rolls. Roll is coated with canvas or wool felt to protect fabric from being damaged by high temperature.
Blade moves by machine direction and transverse direction to produce over 70 kinds of pleat pattern by changing blade and pleat size.3 blades are straight blade, wavy blade and shape like bamboo leaf. When different blade works, user must choose according gear. With special skill, we are able to make bamboo leaf pleat pattern with straight blade.
