FIBERGLASS CHOPPED STRANDS BRIEF INTRODUCTIONS
chopped glass fiber was the main raw material for producing brake lining,brake pads and other friction materials,fiberglass chopped strands is the new product for replacement of asbestos for environmental protection property.It was widely used in the fied of auto industry.Also It was treated by silane coupling agent,that makes it has excellent dispersion and composition with other inorganic materials and resin for making friction materials.Brake lining/pad are made of steel fibers,fiberglass, graphite,wear agents,resins and other chemical substances and its coefficient of friction,wear index and noise values were controlled by adjusting the ratio of these raw materials.
