PTFE Packing with Aramid corner
PTFE Packing with Aramid Corner a braided packing made of PTFE yarns fiber and the reinforced corner yarns of Aramid fiber. Or
mix braided by both pure PTFE yarn and Aramid yarn. This structure enhances the lubricability of Aramid fiber and reinforces the strength of the pure PTFE packing. This special combination packing play a very important role in the sealing of high pressure piston pump.
This high quality combination prevents gap extrusion in high pressure and high temperature applications. With this packing Shaft wear is virtually eliminated, and high speeds and aggressive chemicals can be handled efficiently. Extrusion and gland maintenance is negligible, even in the most arduous of applications, due to the inter-locked braiding of kevlar.
