POWERFUL COOLING: Sunlite S&A CW series water chiller uses standard R410a refrigerant to keep laser cutting and engraving machines up to 150W nice and cool during use; its 2.6 GPM flow rate and 0.9hp compressor can cool up to 5186 BTU per hour
CAPACIOUS TANK: The 1.6-gallon (6L) water tank is enclosed to reduce evaporation and provide long-term service between refills; the clear observation window lets you know when it's time to top off
HIGH-GRADE PORTS: Our water cooler's inlet and outlet ports are made of premium brass for long-term corrosion-free performance; their careful design prevents any issues with leaks as it operates
SAFE OPERATION: This industrial water cooling system includes internal sensors to keep temperatures within 0.3℃ of constant and to let you know via digital display, indicator lights, and alarms when everything's going smoothly and when it's time to make adjustments

The intelligent temperature controller has 2 control modes, applicable to different applied occasions; with various setting and display functions
Multiple alarm functions: compressor time-delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm and over high & low temperature alarm;

With S&A water chiller CW3000 CW5000 CW5200 CW6000, your CO2 laser can be properly cooled. Up to 130W DC CO2 laser or 60W RF CO2 laser, this mini water chiller unit can offer highly reliable cooling. It has temperature stability of ±0.3°C as well as cooling capacity up to 3150W. With compact design, S&A water chiller takes up less floor space for CO2 laser cutter engraver users. Multiple choices of pumps are available and the whole chiller system conforms to CE, RoHS and REACH standards. Heater is optional to help rising water temperature quickly in winter.

Q:What is the recommended water used in the industrial water chiller?
A:The ideal water should be deionised water, distilled water or purified water.
Q:How often should I change out the water?
A:Generally speaking, the water changing frequency is 3 months. It can also depend on the actual working environment of the recirculating water chillers. For example, if the working environment is too inferior, the changing frequency is suggested to be 1 month or shorter.
Q:What is the ideal room temperature for the chiller?
A:The working environment of the industrial water chiller should be well ventilated and the room temperature should not be higher than 45 degree C.
Q:How to prevent my chiller from freezing?
A:For users living in high latitude areas especially in winter, they often face the frozen water problem. To prevent the chiller from freezing, they can add an optional heater or add anti-freezer in the chiller. For detailed use of the anti-freezer, it is suggested to contact our customer support team first.
