V-type precision cross roller guide rail has the characteristics of long life, small mechanical energy consumption and high precision, fast speed, large bearing capacity, etc. Widely used in precision machinery.
V-type precision cross roller guide rail is composed of a long guide rail and a cage equipped with cylindrical rollers. The upper part of the long guide rail is formed by two planes at an Angle or 90° C to form a "V" type raceway.
The cylindrical roller installed in the cage reciprocates along the "V" type raceway; Wherein, the cylindrical rollers are arranged in a cross in the cage, and each two v-type rolling linear guide rails form one.
Two guide rail "V" cavity is placed in a cage; Each pair of conductors forms a set of wires. When the user uses, as long as the screw is strong, the guide rail can be precisely installed on the used parts.
