Our products are manufactured with strictly traditional and artisanal methods without adding thickeners and with natural ingredients. The products are packaged in exclusively glass jars or bottles. On request we can produce in larger formats.

Here at Delikatesse we produce a wide range of products: ready made pasta sauces, sauces, creams, condiments, pickles (stuffed olives), dressing and canned truffle.

We also produce under private label. 

We have a strong passion for truffles and from the experience of our founders, we have developed excellent recipes based on truffles. We also have a large network of truffle quarrymen, we can satisfy all your requests regarding truffles!

We limit the use of meat, we try to avoid it in our products, that's why you will find many vegan friendly products. You can also find gluteen free products.
