1. Are you a factory or a trading company? What's your main products?
We are a factory, located in Hunan, China, where there is very rich bamboo forest. We only focus on eco-friendly dinnerware , like bamboo cutlery, bamboo plates, bamboo lids, wooden trays, wooden boxes, bagasse lunch boxes etc. exactly plastic free and eco-friendly.
2. What is your MOQ? Do you accept small trial order?
Our minimum is different for every model. The minimum order quantity is 1000 pcs for the wood boxes and 10000 pcs for the cutlery. Sample orders, trial orders, and test orders are also accepted.
3. Can we get samples? Are samples fee? How long will the samples take?
For Common models，Free within 5 pieces, express fee for customer's account, 3 days to be ready.
For customized products, we'll charge for sample cost, and promise to refund the sample cost if the order confirmed and total order up to a certain amount , usually a customized sample takes 7-10 workdays.
4.How about the delivery time?
Normally 20-30 days after receiving deposit.
5.What is your Trade Terms?
FOB,CFR,CIF,EXW,DDP
6. How about the terms of payment?
T/T: Normally 30% deposit in advance,70% balance before shipment.
