Introduction

KFG series powder filling machine is a new generation screw filling and equipment developed by engineering and technical personnel of our company. This machine adopts linear conveying, screw filling. Mechatronics is adopted in the design. The screw is driven by servo motor, and the number of steps is set by micro-computer, so as to accurately control the measurement of the range required for the sub loading of screw rotation. High precision servo motor controls the bottle shifting wheel for accurate positioning and sub packaging. The whole machine has reasonable design, reliable and stable operation, simple operation, high degree of automation, convenient disassembly and cleaning of key parts, which fully meets the requirements of GMP.

KFG series is mainly used for packing and stoppering sterile powder injection of control vial in pharmaceutical industry. It is widely used for packing sterile powder injection of antibiotic in pharmaceutical factories with large production volume.
