Automatic Sandblasting Cabinet Features
* Control panel at the front gives you easy access to set blasting time, select gun blasting mode and dust removing.
* The blasting guns can be set both manual or automatic operation to meet your various needs.
* Heavy-duty turntable is ideal to load large, irregular shaped workparts.
* Blasting time can be set as required, the machine will automatically stop when time arrives.
* The removed dust is collected through a cartridge filter dust collector, which is cleaned by pulse-jet valve.
* Used abraives can be recycled to the funnel beneath the working chamber

The input air pressure for the sandblasting machine is 8 bar and air consumption of each gun is about 1m3/min.
2.What is the abrasive and size to be applied?
Sand size ranges from mesh 16 to mesh 320 is all workable, like garnet, aluminum oxide, glass beads, corundum, steel grit, stainless steel shot, etc.
3.Can the abrasive be recycled?
Yeah, the abrasive is reused and circulates inside the blasting cabinet. Add some more from time to time. Don’t need to replace.
4. Can the machine be made to 220v 3-phase voltage?
Yes, we can customize 220v, 3 phase according to customer requirements. And voltage from 100V to 480V can all be made.
5.Is there dust outside the cabinet?
No, there isn’t. The blasting cabinet is equipped with dust collection system itself. It is sealed and closed. Outside is dustless and clean.
6. How long does it take for the machine to be delivered?
It can be delivered within 15-20 working days after receiving the advance payment.
