Q1: Can I get a sample before mass production?
A1: Of course! Please kindly see the normal process as below while you will receive samples at each stage for approval.
i) Digital proofing samples for bulk printing approval;
ii) Pre-production (verification) samples for bulk hand-assembly approval;
iii) Pre-shipment (advance) samples for bulk shipment approval.
Q2. How long can I get the sample?
A2: After receiving the approval of quotation and detailed specification, we will arrange to make samples. The sample lead time is 1-7 working days depends on respective binding. Please also reserve 3-5 days for courier dispatch.
Q3. How long is the mass production lead time?
A3: Usually 7-30 days depends on order quantity and binding. Rushing order is always available.
Q4. Do you have stock paper boxes for sale?
A4: We don't have stock while all our products are produced according to customer's demands.
Q5. What is your minimum order quantity?
A5: Generally our MOQ is 1 piece. Although on occasions we have order for less than 1000, the unit cost and shipping cost will be higher.
