Neodymium iron boron magnet: neodymium iron boron is the highest commercialized magnet found at present. It is called magneto king. It has extremely high magnetic properties, and its maximum magnetic energy product (BHmax) is more than 10 times higher than that of ferrite. Therefore, it is also commonly known as: strong magnetic, magnetic steel, etc. Its machining performance is also quite good. The working temperature can reach up to 200 ℃. Moreover, it has hard texture, stable performance and good cost performance, so it is widely used. However, because of its strong chemical activity, its surface must be treated.
Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet material is a permanent magnet material based on intermetallic compound Nd2Fe14B. Compared with cast Al Ni Co permanent magnet materials and ferrite permanent magnet materials, Nd-Fe-B has very high magnetic energy product and coercivity, and can absorb 640 times of its own weight. The advantages of high energy density make NdFeB permanent magnet materials widely used in modern industry and electronic technology, which makes it possible to miniaturize, lightweight and thin instruments, electroacoustic motors, magnetic separation magnetization and other equipment. Material characteristics NdFeB has the advantages of high performance price ratio, good mechanical properties and easy machining; The disadvantage is that the Curie temperature point is low, the temperature characteristics are poor, and it is easy to be powdered and corroded. It must be improved by adjusting its chemical composition and adopting surface treatment methods in order to meet the requirements of practical application. Manufacturing process NdFeB is manufactured by powder metallurgy process. Raw materials containing a certain proportion, such as neodymium, dysprosium, iron, cobalt, niobium, praseodymium, aluminum, copper and ferroboron, are smelted into alloy steel ingots by medium frequency induction melting furnace, and then crushed into 3 ~ 5 μ M powder and pressed in a magnetic field. The formed green body is sintered in a vacuum sintering furnace and tempered for aging. In this way, a permanent magnet blank with certain magnetic properties is obtained. After grinding, drilling, slicing and other processing procedures, and then surface treatment, the finished Nd-Fe-B products required by users are obtained.
Matters Needing Attention
1. Operating temperature
When selecting NdFeB magnets, customers should select their own magnet brand according to their working temperature. If the working temperature is higher than the bearing temperature of the magnet brand, the magnet will demagnetize slowly until there is no magnetism. Please confirm the working temperature and the brand suitable for your use before ordering. 2. Use environment
If the magnet device used is in the sealed state, it can be considered to select the magnet without electroplating or white zinc plating on the surface, which can save the cost. If the magnet is exposed to humid air, especially in the salt spray state, it is recommended to consider the magnet with nickel plating treatment on the surface. Magnets should be stored in a dry and constant temperature environment. Plastic, wood chips, hard paper, foam and so on should be separated and wrapped. Keep away from ironware and easily magnetized items, such as monitors, bank cards, computers, televisions, mobile phones, etc.

If you need to put the magnet back into the whole magnet, please put it back slowly and move it in close from the edge. Be sure to hold the magnet in your hand until the magnet has moved in.
