Q: Can I have a sample order for your company?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q: What's your warranty and guarantee?
A: We offer 2 years warranty , 3 years warranty and 5 years warranty products. If any quality problem , we will offer proper components to replace freely and ship with next order.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: We usually take 30% as deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery,if small order below 3000USD, need 100% T/T in advance .
Q: What's your delivery date?
A: Normal products the delivery date for bulk production is around 30-35 days.
For sample is 7-10days .
Q:. What's your MOQ?
A: Trial order, there is no MOQ limit. Normally completed products, our MOQ is 200 pieces. Housing fixtures MOQ is 500 pieces.
Q: How you can control your quality?
A: We have 3 QC processes:
1 , IQC,we check 100% of each component to make sure no obvious defect.
2 , IPQC, solve quality problems during daily production and in-process audit.
3, QC for finished product inspection, inspect 20% to find if any finished products are not qualified.
