This white ale is made from Japanese special ingredients, wheat grown in Kobe and orange grown in Tokushima-ken. It is easy to drink with a crisp citrus aroma and a spicy impression of coriander. It won the highest award in Japan in the white beer category of the World Beer Awards 2021, a global beer contest.

"A group of young, up-and-coming staff members who share a love of beer have come together to brew beer under the concept of "beer that is rich in aroma, can be enjoyed to the last drop, and makes you want to drink it again" with a DIY spirit, using carefully selected malt, hops, and local specialties based on the high-quality water of Mt. Rokko.
