In 2008, Hunan Amazon Machinery Co., Ltd was established. At the beginning of the establishment, the main products is casting machinery parts, such as belt pulleys, flywheels, cast steel blade, bearing base, counterweight iron, sewing machine cabinet, electrical cabinet and other castings. It annually yields 20,000 tons of cast steel and ductile iron castings. Owns domestic advanced 3T medium frequency induction melting furnaces. The factory introduces advanced and complete casting production and inspection equipment, including F20 direct-reading spectrometer from France, etc.
In June of 2010, the forging workshop was formally established. It's mainly engaged in forging and processing in the field of auto parts, engineering machinery and rail transit. The three-dimension design and programming software including CAD/CAM, SOLIDWORKS, Pro-E and Cimatron is used for forging, mold design, programming and processing. It boasts advanced manufacturing process, and owns the processing and manufacturing ability of various complex forgings and moulds. There are three friction press production lines (1,000T, 630T and 300T). Completed inspection and test equipment such as Chemical Composition Analyzer, 100 Metallographic Microscopes and HB Breinell Hardness Testers. It annually yields 10,000 tons of forging products, such as crank shaft, universal joint, shaft coupling, Marine lashing, valve base, fork shaft, Automobile chassis forgings, connecting rod, 5T chain, motorcycle parts and so on.
In March of 2011, the company invested to establish the hydraulic parts production workshop. Owns 50 sets of imported high-precision CNC lathes, and CNC milling and drilling machine, and machining center, which can develop the complex products independently. The main products are hydraulic flange, fluid connector, SAE flange and HB pressure flange.
