Jolt squeeze manhole cover molding machine also called compact table,it is Z14 Series moulding machine for green sand casting production.
the compaction green sand casting squeeze molding machine consists of a table,a shock piston,a true iron compaction piston, a compaction cylinder,etc.
Jolt Squeeze molding machine is full buffer,high frequency,low amplitude,pneumatic micro-vibration compaction molding machine,Using spring buffer, pneumatic micro-seismic mechanism can reduce the impact of shock on the foundation.
The green sand manhole cover jolt squeeze molding casting machine is economic molding solution for manual and simply automatic clay sand casting production. Jolt squeeze molding machine do not need big floor space. And it is flexible to increase molding machines when casting production increasing.
Jolt squeeze molding machine can be operated for manual casting foundry and also adapts to simple casting line. Pneumatic cranes can be used to hang up and transfer finished molds.

Sand Slinger :
•A sand slinger is an automatic machine equipped with a unit that throws sand rapidly and with great force into the mould box. Figure shows a sand slinger. Sand slinger consists of a rigid base, sand bin, bucket elevator, belt conveyor, ramming head (sand impeller) and a swinging arm.
• In operation, the pre-mixed sand mixture from the sand bin is picked by the bucket elevator and is dropped on to the belt conveyor.
• The conveyor carries the sand to the ramming head, inside which there is a rotating impeller having cup shaped blades rotating at high speeds.

Q:What to do if the shock force is insufficient?
A:Check whether the compressed air pressure is appropriate. If there is sand or dust jam between the shock cylinders, the shock cylinders should be disassembled and washed.
