Working principle:

Super-audio welding is put two plastic products into melted and joined together by hot head(weld mold),which by loading a certain pulse to make hot head heat up quickly,then temperature of connected parts raised enough to melt them together.

Advantages of the super audio welding machine:

• The servo control system controls the welding head to move up and down quickly, small noise. The falling speed and the rising speed can be set according to the welding effect of the product.

• AC output, the welding current is pulsed AC (small ripple), heat concentration to improved welding thermal efficiency, small spacing, suitable for fast heat conduction of the workpiece , stable welding process,longer electrode life.

• Stable output temperature, the energy can be subdivided according to the workpiece size(4 sub-segments)

It can fine-tune the welding energy during temperature keeping to avoid over-melting, which can keep stable temperature control even when welding on a workpiece with fast heat conduction..

• Three-stage heating setting function with temperature ramp-up function for complex welding needs.
