Sleeves of PTFE-4 are used to make various contact seals: cuffs, glands, gaskets, rings and protective cases.
Polymer Company LLC offers You high quality sleeves made of PTFE-4 and PTFE-4 based compositions, and also from PTFE-4A, both highest (per GOST) and first (per TU) grade, having different height, inner and outer diameters.
Most often PTFE-4 sleeves are used in production of shape pipeline fittings for pressurized transportation of various aggressive media, except chlorine trifluoride, gaseous fluorine and molten alkali metals. They are indispensable in making parts having high corrosion resistance.
Sleeves may be made from finely dispersed or finely ground fluoroplastic by extrusion or compaction. Then sleeves are subjected to thermal treatment permitting to obtain final products with increased strength. Except that shape pipe parts made of fluoroplastic easily bear hydraulic pressure 0,6 MPa.
We produce any combinations of internal and external diameter and length, letting You to waste less material in chips, as the blank is maximally close to the future part size.

How We Have Been Developing
In 2004 Polymer Company LLC started its activities as mediator in selling polymer products. Soon we became official supplier of a large number of Russian and foreign polymer manufacturers.
In 2016 we, first in Russia, implemented industrial production of sheets from PTFE-4 and PTFE-4 compositions, size 1000Х1000 and 1200Х1200, thickness 4-50 mm, by pressing.
In 2019 we launched own production of FUM tape and twist.
In 2021 we started separate subdivision in Krasnodar. We became exclusive dealers of Chinese company “Taizhou Wangling Insulating Materials Factory" in sales of foiled dielectrics (F4BM-255, FAF-4D).
In 2006 we have set the goal of organizing our own production for processing PTFE-4 and PTFE-4 based compositions. Now it is a modern plant capable to process over 20 tons of polymer per month.
In 2016 we, first in Russia, implemented industrial production of sheets from PTFE-4 and PTFE-4 compositions, size 1000Х1000 and 1200Х1200, thickness 4-50 mm, by pressing.
