Q：Are you a factory or trading company? |
A: We are a direct manufacturer. While the factories we own are in China, our headquarters is based in Hong Kong with satellite offices in both Guangzhou and the U.S.A. |
Q: What are your main products? |
A: Since 2006, we’ve been making custom product solutions for a number of globally recognized brands. More specifically, we specialize in small metals (trim, inexpensive jewelry, enamel metal pins, small metal widgets), simple bags (drawstring bags, totes, eco-friendly utility), and print/paper products (custom packaging, sticker products). While these are our core competencies, our extensive network has allowed us to become a “one stop shop” for many of our customers and we can also serve as a quarterback for your overseas sourcing needs. |

A: Yes, no problem. We can provide a stock sample or we can help to produce a custom sample based on your project’s needs. |
Q: What would be the process to make an order: |
A: We collaborate with our clients to become one team ready to take on big challenges. We will share your passion and we will work alongside you to deliver results. Step 1: Immersion and Analysis – We immerse ourselves in your products, services, and market dynamics becoming an extension of your team. We’ll help to identify opportunities, challenge the status quo, and create a plan for success. Step 2: Quote - We will work to produce proofs and CADs of your project. Once the requirements are met, we’ll get you a quote for the build. Step 3: Sample – Once the project is accepted, we’ll initiate the sampling process so that you can touch and feel your creative project. Step 4: Production – We’ll create beautiful, vision fulfilling products that exhibit the gold-standard of manufacturing. Step 5: Quality Control/Delivery – After products have passed QC, we’ll leverage our logistical services and we’ll help to deliver your products door to door. |
