How long is your production lead time?
Normally it takes us 7-15 business days depending on product availability and order quantity. We have a large production capacity, which ensures a faster delivery time for larger quantities ordered.

When will I get my quotation ?
We will usually quote you within 24 hours of your initial inquiry. Please let us know if your quotation is urgent. We will prioritize your inquiry/quotation and reply earlier.

How about shipping?
For smaller orders we offer DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS etc. Shipping times are between 3-7 working days depending on the country and area.
For larger orders we can ship by air or freight. Shipping times for air are between 7-12 working days depending on the country and area. For freight, it will take between 20-35 working days depending on the country and area.

What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after the order is signed and 70% against the copy of the B/L. We also accept LC at sight.
