The steam generator with an electric electrode is designed to generate saturated water vapor with a temperature of 130-160 degrees C and a pressure of up to 0.55 MPa due to the heat generated as a result of the use of electricity.
The steam generator is made in a single closed case, delivered assembled and fully ready for operation.
Electrode steam generators have a number of advantages over other types of steam generators:
the resistance of the electrodes to scale formation - the electrode group, unlike tubular electric heaters (TEN), does not burn out, which means it does not require the cost of expensive water purification;
quick access to the operating mode - is especially important for short-term operation, it saves energy costs;
easy to install - reduced installation and operation costs;
it is easy to operate - and does not require a highly qualified operator;
they have higher efficiency - compared to steam generators running on diesel fuel or gas;
safety - compared to diesel and gas steam generators;
