Q1 How is your quality?
Our used clothing are only from Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, which is the richest and most fashionable city in Taiwan.

Q2. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one 20ft container, which can load 10,000 KG.
In addition, one 40ft high container can load 25,000 KG.

Q3. What is your payment method?
We accept USD only. Our payment term is that you deposit 50% of the total amount to us by T/T after the order is confirmed. 

Please remit the balance amount by T/T within 7 days after the copy of original B/L is sent to you by E-mail. 

Q4. How long is your lead time?
The lead time is 30 days after deposit received. The production is customized upon your order.

And the transport time from Taiwan to your countries is different (2 weeks to 2 months).
