Main Features
-1. This machine is one of the necessary equipment for high-grade aluminum doors and windows. It is mainly used for the crimping and connection of the 90°joint of the casement door and the window.
-2. Before crimping corner, put a suitable corner connector in the two connected profile cavities. After the positioning and clamping, the two hydraulically driven punches strongly rush to the groove of the corner connector to make the outer wall of the profile permanent. Cold deformation.
-3. One hydraulic cylinder ensures the complete synchronization of the two sets of crimping knife through the mechanical linkage mechanism, which greatly improves the quality and reliability of the doors and windows and reduces the failure rate.
-4. Adjust the distance between the upper and lower sets of corner knives to make the knives adjustment more convenient.
