Greenhouse structureThe steel structure is made of high quality carbon steel with inside and outside hot galvanized layer which will be not less than 60um.High quality hot-dip galvanized steel; The Galvanized layer is above 200 g/m2; Compared to electrical galvanized pipe, hot-dip galvanizing pipe is covered of zinc layer in inside and outside of the pipe, so it is not easy to get rusty ;The guarantee period is more than 20 years.

Covering material1.Easy to use, do not need lots of effort to assemble and can be replaced esaily.

Cooling system

1. 10mm,15mm cooling pad with aluminum alloy frame

5. With the cooling system,the temperature could be cooled by 10 to 15 degree.

Shading systemThe system is mainly suitable for summer shade, cooling, so that part of the sunlight into the greenhouse, to ensure that crops avoid strong light burn, with low greenhouse temperature. By adjusting the opening and closing of the sunshade net, to meet the greenhouse's demand for light. The sunshade net with binding degree has hail protection function.

Components of the greenhouse include gear motor, shading curtain and the driving

mechanism. Meanwhile external shading system need columns to support the whole system and the internal shading system is installed on the main structure of the greenhouse.

Ventilation system

Seedbed systemSeedbed system of greenhouse includes fixed seedbed and mobile seedbed. The fixed seedbed is single-layer, angle steel as the support, steel-wire mesh set on the surface. The support of mobile seedbed is made by galvanized steel tubes, outline of the seedbed aluminum-alloy material. The surface of the mesh applies the anti-corrosive treatment by the cladding layer. Height of it can be slightly adjusted, and it is equipped with the anti-overturn device and location-limiting device. The width of the working passage, 0.8m, can be created. The seedbed system can promote the utilization rate effectively of the greenhouse, usually up to about 85%
