Product Description
Continuous protective atmosphere mesh belt furnace, the production line is a continuous operation furnace, mainly composed of automatic feeding, pre-cleaning, carburizing (quenching), post-cleaning, tempering and other processes. Suitable for many industries (fasteners, wrenches, pliers, sockets, jacks, etc.); automobile, motorcycle, bicycle industry; hardware parts industry (clamps, knives, nails, shoe cores, nail clippers, chains, locks Hook, etc.); continuous heat treatment such as thin-layer carburizing, carbonitriding, quenching and tempering in the light textile machinery industry.
Features
1. The mesh belt drive is supported by rollers to rotate synchronously, running stably and smoothly, and the mesh belt tension is small, which effectively prolongs its service life.
2. A preheating chamber is set at the front end of the quenching furnace, and the mesh belt is used to return the waste heat workpiece to save energy.
3. The heating element is a plug-in electric radiant tube, which is easy to replace. The use of transformer low-voltage power supply prolongs the service life of the radiant tube.
4. The action of the whole set of equipment adopts PLC centralized control, with a high degree of automation
