It consists of plenum box,hepa filter, short air inlet tube and outlet air diffuser board etc.
These series are terminal filter equipments of purification workshop, the shell is made of premium cooled steel plate, static on

HEPA Filter Terminal Box is used as a terminal filtration device for the renovation and new construction of ISO 3 to ISO 6 clean rooms,and it is the key equipment to meet the purification requirements. It is mainly composed of a static pressure box, a hepa filter, a filter casing, and a diffusion type (diffuser) orifice plate. It has the advantages of beautiful shape, simple structure and simple construction.
