(1) How could I get a sample?
For new clients, will need charge sample cost and shipping fee, but the sample cost would be return back when place order. For continued cooperated clients, we are willing to send our new arrives for free.
(2) What’s your MOQ??
Usually 200prs per size, 1200prs per style. If you need smaller quantity, we are willing to provide solutions.
(3) Can you make the samples according our requirement?
Yes, We can make samples according to your design and inspiration, you can also choose our available styles to custom Logos, colour, materials, pattern shape, etc.
(4) What's your production leadtime?
For the samples usuallly within 7-15 days. For bulk, it depends on quantity, styles and seasons, normally 20~30days after pre-production sample approved.
(5) How do you keep the good quality and how can I know the production is good?
We have own WIP process to ensure bulk go correct as per buyer's requirement;
(6) What’s your payment terms？
We accept the L/C at sight, T/T 30% deposit and 70% against the documents. If you ask for other payment way, we can talk further.

Our QC team has more than 20 years work experience averagely. They will follow closely and conduct in-line & final inspection to ensure bulk quality can pass AQL standard.
And we also welcome buyer come to our factories to do inspection or appoint third inspection party to do inspection before shipping.
