Efficient air intake valve
B&D's efficient intake valves use hydraulicregulating mechanism instead of pneumaticregulating mechanism, which eliminatesperiodic replacement of pneumaticcomponents and reduces unnecessarydowntime and maintenance costs.
lt controls the loading and unloading througha combination of air intake and exhaust combination valve, which is simple andreliable.
Durable compression module
Efficient twin screw two-stage compressionmodule is with cast iron housing and is drivenby synchronous gear. B&D uses a pair ofthrust bearings to replace the balanced pistonsto withstand the axial force and improve theairend operating reliability.

The intelligent control system is with perfect self-diagnosis,alarm，interlock shutdown andmonitoring functions, and able to save the fault cause and components in memory.
The compressor control panel is in backlight LED display and with touch button,with completefunction and simple operation. It could configure three controlling methods according to user'sdemand, i.e. local, remote and interlocking control. With the standard configuration of RS485interface to support MODBUS RTU communication.
