Main structure features:

1.Vacuum adsorption to guide paper with a strong high-pressure turbine . With wind control device machine suction silencer ; electrical control cabinet to focus on the same host is not less than 1.5 m from the operating side of the closed side of the hood.

2.Gimble drive,with independent driver box.Enclosed gear oil immersion lubrication, extend the life of the gear.

5.Corrugated adopt 48CrMo alloy roller material,quenched and tempered, hardened,polished surface,Corrugated diameterØ320m,surface hardness HRC60 degrees; Corrugated controlled by cylinder displacement down .

6.Pressure roller diameter is Ø320m, surface grinding and chrome plating ; cylinder displacement control up and down , made Carbon steel 45 , the modulation process .

7.Preheating roller diameter is Ø400mm, surface grinding and hard chrome plating , all connected by a metal hose.

8.Corrugated roller and pressure roller with high temperature and pressure grease lubricated bearings.

9.Pneumatic control back to glue adhesive, glue roller diameter is Ø219mm, engraved with the pit -style textured back surface plated polished Chrome handle,transfer roller surface grinding and hard chrome plated .

10.Use of electric devices every pulp,coated paste run independently,when the host stopped,to prevent the paste dry.

11.Corrugated unilateral height is 0.10mm, high pressure roller unilateral is 0.075mm. Plus limit place device , compression cylinder is Ø160 mm cylinder.

12.Glue amount with electric adjustment digital glue,PLC touch screen and easy to operate.

13. In the machine,it’s fitted with foggy sprayer device for paper preheater.
