Principle
Hot air enters into drying chamber from the bottom of dryer with appropriate spouting speed. Raw material is crushed by
dis-integrator and dried by hot air. After being crushed, raw material could have bigger surface area, bigger surface area of raw material and speed difference between raw material with hot air increase drying efficiency.

2 There has cooling system on agitating part of dryer, avoiding over-heat of raw material.
3 Special designed gas sealing device and shaft cooling device to lengthen life span of driving system.
4 Special designed air distribution system, which could reduce air pressure drop, improve efficiency of hot air
5 There has classification ring in dryer chamber, size and final moisture content of product is adjustable.
6 It could increase bulk density of product compared with other drying equipments
7 There has high spiral air speed inside dryer, drying time is short, it could prevent wall-stick problem, and metamorphism of heat-sensitive material.
