1.How do I know if my art is printable?
For printing use, we accept art in AI, CDR, PSD, JPEG (image resolution larger than 300dpi) format. Send arts to us we shall check and confirm to you before printing.
2.Will I see a proof for my order?
Yes, a proof is available before make production, you can choose check digital printing sample or physical samples (completely same as production) for checking.
4.What choices affect my pricing?
The factors affect pricing have packaging style, printing color, size, material, surface finish, standard packing way or need
special packing way etc.
5.What payment ways you accept?
For small orders such as sample order/trail order in small amount money, we accept pay via paypal, western union or other easy way to make payment for you.
For production order, we normally suggest you pay via bank ,we call it bank telegraphic transfer.
6.What’s your payment terms?
Our payment policy is that 30%-50% deposit once order confirmed, order balance paid off after goods passed inspection.
