A: Our order process is: enquiry list→quotation→order confirmed→50% deposit-prepare products-after products ready,
we will send you each items photos for confirmation→ confirm all products are ok → package→50% balance→shipment
Q2:what’s the lead time ?
A: for air or courier order, usually lead time will be within 7 days after deposit. If order by sea, usually will be 15 to 20 days
depending on inventory.
Q3.what’s your payment terms?
A: 50% deposit by TT, balance before shipment. Or we accept 30% by TT and balance by LC at sight.
