Bracewell (Shanghai) Yachts limited company (herein after the "Company") is a joint venture between Shanghai Deling Investment Co. Ltd. and Bracewell (Hong Kong) International Custom yachts founded in March, 2014. The company is located in Shanghai Hangzhouwan industrial development zone, which is adjacent to Fengxian Boat industrial park of Gulf tourism area.

This company has acquired this yachting business from Bracewell Marine Group Canada including design, technology, branding and marketing. We are a professional yacht manufacturer which has yacht research & development, maintenance, sales and technical service. Other services such as technical support, consulting, leasing and parts supply are also available. The Company owns two brands: "Commander" and "Bracewell" which have been in the North American market for well over 30 years. Our production line has over 10 different models and sizes for customers' choice. We will also offer to build custom and semi-custom yachts as well.

Mr. Lance Bracewell, the founder of Bracewell Marine Group (Canada), personally leads the company's management and technical team with support from Canada. This professional team is guiding the plant operation including the factory setup, design, purchasing and installation through the process onsite to ensure the North American quality. "Bracewell" and "Commander" are well-known brands which have already built up their own markets in North America for years. In Oct 2016 the first semi-custom built Bracewell 54' yacht in the Shanghai factory was successfully delivered to Florida to its new owner. In Jan 2017 the new Commander 27' was on display in the Vancouver international boat show. She was one of the super stars in the show which attracted many boaters and current commander owners to see the new design and high quality of work.

We are highly qualified at custom and semi-custom yachts design, build to meet customers' needs. In design we incorporate with top international design teams; in production we have full range of tooling and equipment with highly skilled craftsman; in service we have an experienced and professionally trained team.
