All of our metal casework units are painted with a chemically resistant, baked-on epoxy powder-coat enamel. The sides, backs and toe spaces are constructed with 18 gauge steel. The drawers are attached to a zinc-plated, full-extension, ball-bearing drawer slide.
The drawer slides are rated to withstand 10,000 cycles at 100 pounds. The hinges are stainless steel, and the leveling feet are non-marring to protect the floor. The modular construction with removable backs provides flexibility and easy access for utilities.Max lab bench adopts to school, hospital, institutions, cosmetic industry and lab innovations ect.

Countertop
Optional lab bench worktop is 12.7mm phenolic resin worktop, 16/19/25mm epoxy resin countertop and 20mm ceramic countertop.Lab bench countertop edge is smooth.
Steel cabinet
The whole body is made of 1.0mm high-quality steel plate, surface adjustment, phosphating and other processes are sprayed with epoxy resin electrostatic powder and cured at a high temperature of 220℃; the inside and outside of the cabinet door is double-layered, Filled with sound insulation material.
Various powder color for select, when quatity is big and custom color you like. Color black, offwhite, blue, yellow, white, green, red ect are all standard color.
Hinge
Different material hinge with different open degree, provide multiple choice for client. Our hinge with buffer system and cabinets door close softly.
High quality hinge makes little noise and better protect cabinets.
Slider
Different material slider with different open degree, provide multiple choice for client. Our slider with buffer system and drawer close softly.High quality slider makes little noise and better protect cabinets.
