VITALFARCO is one of the oldest production companies of hair cosmetic products (since 1969) based in Milan, Italy. During all these years, VITALFARCO has been basing its research and production on professionalism: this means not only seriousness and care in developing new products, but also attention towards the production exclusively addressed to hair stylists. The company is located in an area of 6.000 m2, employs 30 people and boasts two chemical laboratories, hence a guarantee for flexible and fast production and delivery of our products.
The production area consists of 5 turbo-emulsion and 7 filling machines with an annual capacity of five million pieces. In the great enthusiasm of promoting cutting edge products, VITALFARCO has crossed home borders receiving confirmation with the three brands we produce: MAXIMA, NHP and VITAEL. Our brands include all professional products for the hairdressers like hair dies, peroxides, rapid hair bleach (not all the brands have a home production of bleach), shampoos, masks, hair gel, hairs pray, perms, lotions, etc. Today, innovation and quality are more than ever a guarantee of success.
VITALFARCO has always supported this philosophy, thus foretelling market needs and investing in the study of high-technological products which provide the hairdressers with means capable of underlining their professionalism. Thanks to the state-of-the-art technology of the production system, VITALFARCO is also able to offer a high standard in the manufacturing and packaging PRIVATE LABEL products. We have a fantastic training center that cater for the needs of stylists and technicians. Production
Description of the production operation
Manufacturing operations are carried out according to manufacturing documentation.
Start-up checks are performed before starting any production operation.
A batch number is assigned to each batch of manufactured bulk product.
In accordance with the formula, all raw materials are weighed, into clean and suitable containers labelled with appropriate
identification or directly into the equipment used for manufacturing.
Each stage of the production cycle undergoes chemical and physical and microbiological controls.
Packaging operations are carried out according to packaging documentation.
Start-up checks are performed before starting any packaging operation.
A batch number is assigned to each unit of finished product.
If finished products meet the defined acceptance criteria, they are stored in an appropriate warehouse in a manner so as to maintain the quality of finished products.
Laboratories
There is an internal laboratory dedicated to Quality Control and Research & Development close to production area.

We provide our customers with all our know-how in the development of innovative formulas and in the creation of customized product lines that allow our partner brands to grow and are able to offer customers every type of service in production for third parties: FULL SERVICE, BULK & FILLING and BULK ONLY.
