Pellet Machine Production Line
The biomass pellet production line is a device that recycles wood chips, corn stover, wood shavings, bark and waste materials from lumber mills. After being processed into pellet fuel for combustion by this production line, Zhang Sheng biomass pellet machine effectively solves the shortcomings of difficult pelletizing and poor effect of crude fiber of straw and other materials. The formed pellet fuel has the characteristics of high burning value, high density, green environmental protection and convenient transportation. The volume of the pellets after molding is 1/8 of the volume of the raw material, the density is 0.8-1.5, and the calorific value can reach 3400~6000 kcal. Wood Drum Chipper
Primary crushing stage process tree trunks and logs into wood chips smaller than 5 cm. Wood drum chipper is ideal for producing large capacity, high-quality wood chips and are widely used in wood chip production industries, paper mills, particleboard and fiberboard factories, etc.
Hammer Mill
The sawdust machine is mainly used to pulverize wood chips and turn the wood chips into wood sawdust. Make it suitable for pellets.
Rotary Dryer
The optimum moisture content for granulation is 13-15%. The dryer reduces the wood sawdust moisture from 50% to 10-17%.
Pellet Making

Cooler
The cooling system immediately cools the biomass pellets to room temperature. When the pellets come out of the pellet mill, the temperature will be around 70°C, and then the hardness of the pellets will become stronger through the instantaneous cooling action of the cooler. Packing Machine
An automatic packaging system is used to package the final wood pellets. Pack the qualified pellets from 10kg/100kg or 1 ton into a plastic bag, and then sew with a thermoplastic sealing machine to make the pellets dry and waterproof. Extend the storage time of wood pellets.
