For bronze sculpture, its production process is more complicated: Clay mold → Gypsum & silicone mold → Wax mold → Sand shell making→ Bronze casting →Shell Removing →Welding → Polishing → Coloring & Wax up → Finished.

From hand-drawn drafts to CAD to 3D modeling, we have a professional design team to ensure that the expression of sculpture products perfectly matches the customer's intentions.

SY Sculpture, we complete the bulk shipment according to the following workflow:

1, You supply us with several photographs with dimensions.

2, We make a production plan according your design, budget, delivery time and so on.

3, We make 1:1 clay and 3D mold when finished clay mold and take photos for your approval.

4, We cast bronze or brass with advanced lost wax casting technology.

5, Repairing the hole of statue, then welding and casting. This is very important for making a high quality statue.

6, Coloring according the customer’s design or image, then wax up for surface. In the mean time, we take photos and send them to you for confirmation. Upon the sculptures are approved by the customer, we will arrange packing and shipment. Normally, we use strong wooden crate with waterproof and soft plastic foam inside for package.Providing high quality and cost-saving sculpture efficiently is our company’s culture.

Outside: in 3cm standard wooden crate or in cardboard cartons with double strong rope fixed inside and outside of the package. To effectively prevent the goods from damage.

2.by air(for small sculptures or when clients need sculpture very urgently)
3.By express delivery DHL, TNT, OR FEDEX.

Usually we will take 1~3 days to make the samples.

Our MOQ is 1PC sculpture.

3, What is your delivery time?
Depend on your order quantity, Normally the time of delivery is four weeks after we receive the deposit.

4, What is the shipping port?
We ship the goods via Tianjin port of China.

5,What are your payment terms?
For sample order, we only accept 100% T/T in advance.
For bulk orders, We accept 50% T/T in advance, 50% T/T before shipment.

If you need samples, the sample and the freight will be charged. For big quantity order, we can negotiate specific sample fees.
