HEAD4020BA cover a wide range of cutting areas. The cutting systems are designed in a portal design with a gantry drive. Depending on requirements and application, Water-Jet systems can be offered with additional equipment options.

HEAD4020BA CNC ultra-high pressure water cutting machine is a high-performance gantry type large-stroke CNC ultra-high pressure water cutting machine, which has good stability and adaptability. Its unique gantry structure is especially suitable for cutting marble/countertops/metal plates. All parts of the equipment are designed and manufactured in line with international standards. Each equipment has undergone 130 quality inspections, and the product performance is stable. 130 quality inspections and 72-hour durability tests before leaving the factory ensure the stable performance of the cutting machine, and the service life of key components can reach 100,000 hours.

1. Our Wooden Case is after fumigation treatment. Needn't timber inspection,saving shipping time.
2. All the spare parts of the machine were bovered by some soft materials,mainly using Pearl Wool.
Avoiding all damages that could happen in the delivery process.Then we'll covered plastic wrap out it tightly, make sure intact of the covered soft materials,also avoiding Waterproof and rust proof.

4. The bottom of the wooden case has firm iron jack,convenient to Handling and transport.
5. We will take photos for you to confirm that all machine and accessories have been packed, and record the loading and unloading methods
Before delivery, we would do the test about 20-30 working hours for machine, and use standard packing to each configuration. We choose famous export company and transport company, making shipment more convenient and safer.
