Description
The hysteresis cable reel is a winding device that transmits power, control power or control signals between two relatively moving bodies for large mobile lifting equipment. It is widely used in port gantry cranes, container cranes, ship loaders, tower cranes and other heavy mobile machinery and equipment under similar conditions.
The hysteresis cable reel is the ideal winding device in the current cable winding device. Compared with the commonly used counterweight and torque motor cable reels, it has the advantages of small size, full functions, convenient installation and maintenance, and approximate constant Tension, the output torque can be adjusted according to the actual working conditions, and it has a good self-braking function, no need to install a brake, the cable reel runs reliably, and can be locked for a long time without damage.


The cable reel is powered by the motor to transmit the power to the hysteresis coupling, and after deceleration, the amplified torque is transmitted to the cable reel. When the cable reel is working, the motor always rotates in the direction of retracting the cable. When the lifting equipment walks away from the power supply point, the magnetic field torque of the hysteresis coupling is overcome by the drag force of the cable, so that a slip difference occurs between the two reels, and the cable on the reel is released. Due to the existence of "magnetic coupling", the magnetic field torque of the hysteresis coupling will always remain in a tensioned state during the unwinding process. When the lifting equipment returns, the drag force on the cable is eliminated, and the cable reel rotates in the set winding direction to wind up the cable. Based on the special torque coupling function of the hysteresis coupling, the cable reel can achieve ideal winding characteristics and can be locked for a long time, making it the most suitable equipment for winding cables.
