Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Customized Samples need to pay sample charges. Mixed samples are acceptable. freight cost is collected.

Q2. What is the lead time?
A: Sample needs 2-3 days prepared; mass production time needs 25-45 days normally.

Q3. Do you have any data uploading services?
A: Yes, we provide data drawings and make the new design according to your need.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A: We usually ship by LCL or FCL by sea or air shipment. The delivery time according to which country you want to send.

Q5. How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?
A: Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce some real samples for your second confirmation. If samples are ok, finally we will go to mass production.

Q6. The payment terms for samples and order?
A: Sample: 100% before preparing samples; Order: 30% before production, 70% before shipment.

Q7.Do you accept drop shipping?
A: Yes, it’s available.
