Innovation
1.In order to make the measurement accuracy higher, a variable frequency motor is used to provide the driving force. The variable frequency motor has the characteristics of short response time and convenient adjustment. It can detect various sensor signals and quickly change the rotation speed of the motor.
2.The application of the 125 fixed stroke limit oil replenishment mechanism not only ensures the fullness of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic chamber, but also avoids excessive oil replenishment and prevents hydraulic shock, so that the force on both sides of the diaphragm is balanced,which improves the service life of the diaphragm and has dust-absorbing properties.
3.Reduce flow pulsation and prevent shock caused by medium backflow by choosing a triple plunger pump
4.The crankshaft is the core transmission component of the three-cylinder process diaphragm pump. Due to the wide box body, the crankshaft adds two support journals in the middle of the ordinary three-crank crankshaft, which is the three-crank crankshaft and four-support crankshaft.
