    Carbide is the hardest material next to diamonds and will outlast high speed steel cutters.
    Carbide burrs are sometimes regarded as rotary files and come in many shapes and sizes. They are used for shaping,moothing and material removal on hardened steel, stainless steel, cast iron, nonferrous metals, fired ceramics, plastic hard woods and other hard materials. Typical applications are weld preparation, weld smoothing, deburring, chamfering deflashing, and scale removal.
    Do not use these for drilling holes or for enlarging holes that are less than twice the diameter of the cutter. The tungsten carbide surface can easily catch the side of a hole and break the bit. Burs are typically chucked in air or electric driven die grinders and used in hand operations. For more stablility, insert the accessory bit all the way into the tool and then back it out slightly before tightening down the collet nut or keyless chuck.

FAQ:

1: What material is this bur?
A: The material is tungsten carbide.( Also we have ceramic bits. And diamond bur which also tungsten carbide material)
Note: The bur usually with tunsten carbide head and stainless steel shank.
For FG burs we have fullbody tungsten carbide material.
And for ceramic burs, we have ceramic/steel material and fullbody ceramic bit.

2: What color do the nail drill bit have?
A: Normally we supply silver color. Because the tungsten material is such this color. If the nail bit with other colors, we need to do other process to make it with rainbow/blue/gold color.

3: Is the nail drill bit with color price higher?
A: YES. Because the bits are processed with color, there exist cost on producing. So the price will be higher, refer to quote. Different bit with different price.

4:How is your MOQ?
A: MOQ is 100 pieces each type. Because we mainly trade with wholesalers or distributors, the more you buy, the better price you will get.

5: What type of bit do you have in stock?
A: It's hard to say. Because we produce the bit according to our produce plan. We not usually produce stock sell to individual buyer. So maybe there are some type have stock at hand but not many. Usually we don't have the bit you want at very little quantity. So please try to choose from the catalog we send you and get the exact information from our staff.

6. How is the package of the bur? 

A:  Single bur in plastic box. ( Tungsten carbide burr, HP, ceramic bur)

     Five in one foil packing. ( FG) 

     Ten in one plasric box.( /FG diamond)

7. How long can I get the parcel?
A: Normally depend on the quantity and producing plan.
If your quantity too small and there's no stock, maybe you have to wait long time. And usaully about 1-2 weeks at normal quantity. But, it depend on the quantity you order.

8. What express do you use?
A: We send by TNT( To U.S.A may transfer to Fedex). If you have consingee account number, we welcome you to use your apointed express.( DHL/UPS... If we can find in local place we will try to deliveron your need)
